Fantastic Recipes - Dairy free Chocolate Fudge
 
This is a must have for lactose and dairy free cooks. This makes fantastic fudge when put in the fridge or can be used as a cake topping, cheesecake topping or added to lactose free milk or non dairy milk for hot chocolate. Why miss out when its this easy?
 
100g dairy free butter (I use Pure sunflower spread)
450g icing sugar
50g cocoa powder (most are dairy free check the ingredients list)
3 tablespoons soya milk or cream (i.e Alpro Soya Cream)
 
Sieve icing sugar and cocoa powder into a large microwaveable bowl
Add the dairy free butter and cream or milk
Warm in the microwave for no more than 1 minute and if not melted a further 10 seconds at a time
Mix together thoroughly

To thicken consistency add more icing sugar or to thin add more cream
