This sauce is so easy to make and tastes yummy.
2 tablespoons peanut butter (I love the crunchy type for extra texture)
1/2 tin coconut milk (or 1 carton coconut cream for a thicker sauce)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon chilli powder
- Mix the peanut butter and the coconut milk together in a medium sized mixing bowl
- Add the soy sauce, chilli powder and sugar and stir well
- Finally add the juice of the lime, use the sauce straight away
I prefer cooking some chicken in a pan and adding this for the last couple of minutes to heat through, however, I'm sure it would be equally tasty with pork. Serve with rice and vegetables for an extremely easy homemade meal.
