Love Lactose Free Life Wishes You a Very Merry Christmas


So you are lactose intolerant, dairy free or gluten free? Here's how to have a wonderful Christmas filled with food you can enjoy!
 
There are so many alternatives that you don't have to go without this Christmas. Ignore the supermarket shelves of things you can't have, don't worry about eating out, fill your cupboards and fridge full of all the wonderful brands and products you can have, wish for snow, stay in and enjoy eating dairy free and gluten free.
