Love Free From is a free from subscription Box. 

We are a Gluten free food box. In your Love Free From box you'll be able to discover a bunch of goodies from around the world. Contents will change monthly. Boxes will include a variation of sweet & savoury snacks, cooking & baking ingredients, condiments and drinks. 

Choose between our Gluten Free, Gluten and Dairy Free box, Gluten and Oat free or our Back to school mini box :)

The value of the goodies in your box will add up to more than you've paid, saving you money while you discover your new favourite treats!

How it works:

Subscribe, Receive & Enjoy!

Subscribe to your monthly box (no contract attached, and cancel at any time) by the 5th of the Month. Your Box of goodies will be dispatched and be on their way to you by the 15th of the month. You'll then be able to enjoy discovering a world of gluten free products! Your next payment, for the following months box, will be taken on the 1st. 

As a family that has struggled for YEARS finding gluten free snacks and food we've got the same goal in mind! :-) We've done the constant label and packaging reading alongside the overanalysing of every ingredient and then in the end just settling for your same old trustworthy GF snack.

We have created this box so that we can help you discover a whole new world of gluten free brands providing different snacks, sweets, condiments. cooking and baking ingredients, and drinks from all over the world. Each month you will be able to dive into a box full of new surprise treats that are safe for you and your family.

By taking all the hard work off your shoulders, we endeavour to ease the Gluten Free lifestyle! Choose a tailored box, we've got you covered regardless of your allergies! (For Gluten & Nut Free, please see our Mini box)

Your monthly subscription will cost £23 plus P&P.

It might be useful to know, that you can also skip payments or change the frequency of your shipment, should you need too! 

Our courier for all our UK and International shipments may vary by location. 

If you are in the UK you can expect to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days of your dispatch. If you are within the EU it may take 4-14 working days, depending on your home postal service. Any country outside the EU may take 10-21 working days. Unfortunately, delivery timescales outside the UK cannot be guaranteed. 

Should you need to update your details, you can do so by logging into your account, or by contacting us at hello@lovefreefrom.co.uk.

If you need to update your Shipping details after an order has been placed (whether this is your initial order or a recurring order that has been billed on 1st) please do so and also email us so that we can ensure you receive the order at your updated address. 

Shipping costs vary by location:

UK: £2.99

EUROPE: £9.95-14.99 (Location Dependent)

THE REST OF THE WORLD: £30.95

If you subscribed before the 5th of month then your box will be sent out around the 15th of the following month and will be with you to enjoy shortly after. You will get an email to confirm your box is on its way to you :)

To be able to access your account, your account must be activated. 

If you're having trouble activating your account, drop us a line at hello@lovefreefrom.co.uk and we'll resend you your account activation email. :)

Have your allergies changed? 

If you need an updated box, or if your allergens have changed, please drop us an email at hello@lovefreefrom.co.uk and we will be more than happy to swap your subscription :) 

Our Mini boxes are sent out in February, April, June, August, October and December. If you place your order after the 5th of the month you will receive the following month's box; If you place it BEFORE or ON the 5th you will receive that month's box. See below.

To receive: 

April's Box- orders placed between the 6th of February - 5th of April

June's Box- orders placed between the 6th of April - 5th of June

August' Box- orders placed between the 6th of June - 5th of August

October's Box- orders placed between the 6th of August - 5th of October

December's Box- orders placed between the 6th of October - 5th of December

Your next shipment date is in fact your next charge date. Your initial order will be for the box being advertised on our website at that time. Your next shipment date for the 1st of the next month is your recurring charge date.
