A little homemade recipe by us to get your S'more fix nice and easily! Ingredients: Gluten free cookies Marshmallows Bar of chocolate  Why not try using these from your July box... your FREE from fellows strawberry MALLOWS? galaxy gingerbread crumble chocolate? sweet f.a cookies? Method: Pre-Heat your oven to 200°. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Lay out your cookies on the tray.   INGREDIENTS: Step 1: 200ml soy milk 100ml sunflower oil 3 tbsp lemon juice  2 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 150g granulated sugar 125 gluten-free rolled oats  1 tbsp baking powder Step 2: 200g finely grated carrots 100g ground almonds (75g) 1 tsp baking powder   METHOD: Step 1: Blend all ingredients from step 1 in a blender until you get a smooth consistency.   INGREDIENTS (3 portions): Step 1: 1kg large potatoes (like Russet) 1 onion (optional) Step 2: 100g sunflower seeds 250ml water 4 tbsp olive oil  3 tbsp lemon juice 3 tsp minced garlic  1 1/2 tsp salt Black pepper to taste Optional ingredients: Fried onion   METHOD: Step 1: Start with slicing 1kg potatoes very finely (e.g. 2mm thick).
